I was delighted to work with Lisa on this project (the sale of our family home). She was referred to me by a good friend, and her work was impeccable. In fact, she was nearly invisible. Her work was so VERY thorough, and, best of all, I didn’t have to think about a thing. We only met two or three times to complete necessary paperwork. Lisa was thoroughly prepared so she required only small amounts of my time—very professional.

Lisa put a “coming soon” sign in front of the house and did a wide range of marketing things. The house sold in three days for about $10K more than I expected. Who could ask for anything better?! She never seemed anxious, out of control or frazzled, and I didn’t have to have her on my “to do” list at all. Very few people I’ve worked with (and I have owned a multi-million dollar business) have the ability to work completely on their own without supervision and complete a project on time with extra pluses.

I would rate Lisa five stars and will recommend her to everyone I know who needs a realtor.
