Finding our home took time and patience. Thankfully, we had the best realtor possible - Lisa Ash! She showed interest from the day we met til the day we signed the paperwork. We must have visited at least 35 homes before finding "the one." We had to "renew" our pre-approval because the process was over the allotted time we had on that letter. Lisa put us in contact with Maria Jondahl and they had our pre-approval to us within 24 hours. When we found "the one' it was by sifting through the 100's of emailed homes. Lisa kept all the homes in our price range coming every day for us to view. When we saw "the one" Heather called Lisa, who had prior appointments. Lisa managed to fit us in the same day to view the home. Among our busy work schedules, we had an offer in on the house we wanted within 24 hours of viewing. Not only was it submitted, but also ACCEPTED!!! Within 30 days of our offer, we were holding the keys to our beautiful new home! Thank you to Lisa Ash!
