I found Lisa after heaving worked with another realtor who knew less about the short-sale process than I did just from speaking with my attorney. I was thus very discouraged about the prospect of selling my father's home and was worried about the bank foreclosing on it. Lisa completely dispelled all of my anxiety because she was so knowledgeable and said that she would handle all of the paperwork and all communication with the bank.
Once the house was on the market, Lisa worked tirelessly to makret the house and regularly communicated with e about the showings, negotiations with the bank, etc. And she made good on her promise to handle all of the short sale paperwork: She prepared all of the documents except the ones the bank required that I complete myself.
I can't think of a single thing that Lisa could have done better. She is the first person I would go to if I was looking to buy or sell property in the area.
