Recently, I had the need to sell a condominium that I had inherited from one of my parents so that I would have a good downpayment for a home for my kids. In today's day and age it's always easy to find something wrong or to complain about except in this case, I can't think of a single thing.  

This was a complicated sale with me living across the country and an association to deal with ,as well as demands to be met with potential buyers. Lisa was there every step of the way with market analysis and discussions about what was necessary to sell the property, and what upgrades to make the property more appealing. She even had contact information for people I could contact for work that needed to be done on the property which helped me tremendously since I lived 1800 miles away.  

Before this I have to say that I did not know Lisa and was not familiar with her business. Going through the process I would have to say that she is quite special, personable, professional, and very committed to her clients. She answered her phone and spoke to me the day after her knee replacement surgery even though I'm sure she was in pain and couldn't walk.  

I know that Lisa has been in this business for many years and believe me it shows! I cannot recommend her enough!! If I ever have another property to sell, Lisa will be my realtor. I am very happy and I think you will be too!!
