After living in the same home for 20 years, I was apprehensive about moving. I started by looking at homes with Lisa. I thought if I find the perfect home, I'll move. If I don't, I won't. Well, after lookign at several homes, I found one. I made an offer on the home and Lisa listed my home the first week of December. After doing so, I thought "what have I done - it's December -Christmas is close. I have an in-ground pool." Surprisingly I had many showings. Lisa was awesome! She did so much marketing, etc. I was / am so impressed! Lisa sold my home. She helped me purchase my new home. With Lisa's help, the process was painless...other than having to keep my house clean at all times.
I cannot say enough about Lisa. Any question I threw at her, she was able to answer. If she didn't have an answer immediately, she said she would do some research and get right back to me.....and she did....promptly!!!

My husband John and I highly recommend Lisa Ash. John got a relocation opportunity in March of 2008, and we put our house on the market with a different realtor (before we met Lisa). After 5 months of very few showings and no offers, we decided it wasn't working and starting pursuing other realtors. We pursued Lisa due to a friend's recommendation and are we glad we did. Lisa was always professional and courteous, and had great suggestions on what we could do to make the house more appealing. We went back on the market priced right and got 2 offers within 10 days... and end up selling for more than our list price in a down market in the slowest month of the summer! Mrs. Lisa Ash is a first-rate Realtor. I first came across her name when I was taking a walk in the complex of townhomes near where I lived. I noticed that she had helped to sell a nearby townhome in a matter of days. I then called her to see if she would be interested in trying to sell my townhome. Not only did she help to sell my home in a timely fashion, but she also staged my townhome, and used some of her own furniture in doing so! The staging helped to sell my town home.
