Lisa did an amazing job for us.  As first time buyers, we didn't know up from down.  Our first visit with Lisa was great.  It included an (much needed) explanation of what we could expect from her, from lenders, sellers, banks, etc.  Lisa walked us through everything, pointing out the good and bad but letting us make our own decisions.  She was by our side every step of the way from viewing homes, helping with an inspector, and doing a walk-thru to the final closing.  Lisa gave us her honest opinion about everything without being overbearing or pushy and I am more grateful for that then anything.  An honest, well-meaning, experienced Realtor is a fantastic Realtor.  We have recommended Lisa to numerous friends.

I found Lisa Ash after having worked with another Realtor who knew less about the short sale process than I did just from speaking with my attorney.  I was thus very discouraged about the prospect of selling my father's home, and was worried about the bank foreclosing on it.  Lisa completely dispelled all of my anxiety because she was so knowledgable and said she would handle the paperwork and communication with the bank.

Once the house was on the market, Lisa worked tirelessly to market the house and regularly communicated with me about the showings, negotiations with the bank, etc. 

I cant think of a single thing that Lisa could have done better.  She is the first person I would go to if I was looking to buy or sell property in the area.
